Commercial Sprayfoam, Flat, and Single Ply Roofs

Cool Roofed, Commercial Roofing systems are mandated by the state of CA Title 24 requirements. This rating can be acquired with our approved single-plies, sprayfoam, and coatings. Although many of our single plies must be removed and replaced after their usable lives; repairing and recoating our CoolStone roof enables it to last indefinitely. Spray polyurethane foam (SPF) is now used as an air barrier, an insulating material, and a roofing medium. The California Energy Commission adopted rules that mandate cool roofs for all new flat-roofed commercial buildings. Homeowners will also need to comply beginning August 2009.
